FEATURE REQUEST: Change default columns (uncategorised and done) #13

Hello again,

If possible, could we have a setting added that allows us to change the name of the default columns? It would be great to be able to have all new tasks just dumped in a "backlog" column, instead of "uncategorised".

Hey @source-toad we can look at doing this for you! To confirm it's also being able to name the two columns for all untagged and completed tasks? Out of interest, what name are you hoping to give to your version of the 'done' column? ☺️
