homepage block for Playground link is offset visually in Opera

Please describe the issue:

basically the visual block is offset ~= 25px vertically negatively allowing the 
text to escape below it outside the border of the rounded box, on the 
playground link at the top of the homepage

Please provide any additional information below.
Opera 11.61 Linux

Thanks for the report. Those boxes are actually going away very soon so marking 
this as
will not fix.
