New article proposal for review

Please describe the issue:
I would like to contribute a article to HTML 5 rocks I have outlined a couple 
of articles that I would like to add in the document linked below anyone with 
the link can comment and I will be notified. I would really appreciate some 
feed back on the article ideas and what in what format may be best.

Thanks for the proposals Matt. I'm not sure if any these topics are quite right 
forus. 

- the editing cmds are a speciality thing and not that useful to most people 
IMO.
- MathML isn't a good fit because of it's limited us and support. 
- we already have a bunch of offline/db articles.
