Eric/Dmitry, any way to conveniently stage this for review purposes, or do I
need to check out that branch and do the dance?

Hi Boris, I would like to assist, but I don't know usual review process. Do you
want to merge my fork into separate branch of main repository? If it can help,
I attached .diff file with my changes.

Thanks for the article, Dmitry. Some notes:

- HTML section is mostly covered here:
http://www.html5rocks.com/en/mobile/mobifying/#toc-meta
- JS section omits many libraries. Why did you pick these specifically? Either
this has to be a lot more comprehensive, or you need to justify why you've
chosen to pick them specifically.
- CSS: you recommend not to use web fonts in "mobile". Why? Modern Android and
iOS devices are capable.

DEALING WITH NON PERSISTENT CONNECTION is nice.

In general, it would be awesome if you could figure out a more specific topic
for this, because there's a fair amount of overlap with
http://www.html5rocks.com/en/mobile/mobifying.
