After giving this a skim, I don't think it's quite right for us. We have a 
bunch of articles already on offline/storage and this one doesn't cover 
anything new (or advanced) for readers. Also, we're trying to avoid any more 
content on WebSQL since it is deprecated.

We do appreciate the submission though!

hi eric i have only seen michael mahemoff's post on offline storge/cliuent side 
storage and which is also very different from the article that i have written i 
have browsed the html5rocks site and didn't find ant article more than 3 on the 
topic on what i have written.. thanks for your time to take a look to the 
article i wrote. and if i am worth of getting on the list you can accept my 
article..

and if you think that the WebSQL is depreciated then you can remove that 
portion from the article before putting it on the site.. :)))))

i also want to tell you that there is no INDIAN contributor in html5rocks.com 
and if would be a marvelous opportunity for me to be the first indian to be 
listed as contributors on the site and that also at the age of 15...
please rethink on it eric :)
