The mission 5 info task list says Admiral Benson and not Tulen like it should.

Building new ships have different load-outs than original. The main one I see 
is that a destroyer 1 should be built with 3 lasers but comes with none. Not a 
big deal in the later game but causes issues early in the game when money is 
tight. Also, the first ship you get does not have a hyperdrive like it does in 
the original. Not sure if that was intentional.

Using bombs and missiles do not work right either. Shooting bombs does not stop 
when you run out, it starts shooting missiles until they are gone. Same goes 
with missiles first. 

Sometimes when attacking a garthog fleet in mission 7 the fleet will run away 
before you can engage. The mission will then fail.

The game is also missing the "Research Stopped" warning when you run ot of 
money or don't have the dev centers needed to finish.

Selling ships sometimes lets you get two sales per ship and keep selling the 
last ship over and over. When I saw this I was on Captain selling my destoyer 
1's (about 10 of them). I first removed the lasers, shields and hyperdrives 
then sold the ships one at a time.
Gives lots of money :) but not what should happen.

Not sure if the bomb strength relative to the hull strenght for ground guns is 
quite right. I can take out an ion gun with 4 bombs just like the original but 
the plasma gun takes a lot more than the six required in the original, even 
assuming a few are shot down.

The mission 13 reward should be 5 lasers but it gives 16. 

I asked for reinforcements on level 2, was granted but did not get any more 
ships. 

Glad you are doing this. I bought the original in '97 and still have the 
origanl packaging and disks. One of my favorite games. Thanks.

Hi and thanks for reporting.

2) It is an issue with the startup loadout of ships, easily fixed, but will 
work on newly started games as the loadout is stored in a save. (A loadout is 
determined by the available technology once a ship is researched.)

3) Currently, it fires rockets at ships and bases, or bombs at ground 
installations with 100% damage. If you run out of these, the game switches to 
the other type with 20% damage. I remember the original game let you do the 
same. Can you double-check this?

4) AI somehow still found it's script controlled fleet and gave it another 
command. If you attacked the trader, the mission would be still playable as 
usual. Anyway, I will try to fix this.

5) That one is missing. Haven't had time to play level 3 yet and I didn't miss 
it :)

6) Selling works for me as intended. You get half the production cost of the 
ship and all equipments. Do you mean you sold the last ship and it didn't 
disappear? Can you upload a save for this case?

7) This is a result of some balancing between bombs and ground defenses.

8) We felt that 5 lasers at this stage would be unworthy reward.

9) Could you tell me which mission was this on or after?

3. Not sure if it was that way the hu version. In the en version that I played 
you could only fire bombs at ground targets and missiles at ships. I kind of 
like it this way though. Running out of bombs stinks. Did not know if it was a 
bug or not.

6. Just tried it again. Attached save included. And yes, the last ship would 
not disappear unless you left the screen and went back to sell the last ship.

9. I will try and find that one. I just tried with a couple of saves and it 
denied my request for reinforcements.

Also found another one. I tried to turn off the music by sliding the music 
volume to 0 and it did not do anything.

Thanks, I found the where the selling is bugged.

For the music issue, can you describe your system as in the issue questionare.

System is windows 7 64 bit using java 7.

The music volume works, just waits until the song is finished. If you set the 
volume all the way down then save the file, exit to the menu then re-load then 
the music is off.

I have attached a file where the reinforcement problem happens. The money 
carrier mission just started. Go to messages and ask for reinforcements. He 
will agree but nothing happens after that.

Thanks, I found the reinforcements bug.

As for the music volume, I can't reproduce (I have Windows 7 64 as well).
