Request : Add trees and road in building mod #826

We all know that perfect space efficency building is completely messed up by
rocks.

So, could you add 'tree' building and maybe 'road', only for esthetic?

The original game had a picture with trees on its cover. It was a lie. Maybe
also a very low morale bonus when tree are built on a planet. Who would enjoy
living on a planet without plants?

Obviously, this sugestion has a very low priority if accepted.

Those unremovable rocks were there to make colony building challenging.
Besides, the planet surface is static and reused on multiple planets. I'll
decide later.

I know, I am not complaining about those rocks.

My question was about adding some 1x1 tiles buildable building in order to
improve the esthetic of the colony and to fill the unavoidable "holes" in the
land use plan.

I know. It is technically possible as I only need to add dynamic surface items
to the planet rendering, but the problematic thing I don't see right now is how
the user will be able to select and place those 1x1 tiles ingame. The building
selector is not good. Maybe I add a panel below the building selector. But not
now I'm afraid. I plan to return to more intensive developments in a month.
