Russian version: T and У [T and U] switched

On the science screen (and some other places), the font used in the 
descriptions of the inventions have the two letters in the title switched up. 
This is only regarding the green, smaller text, and only the capital letters. 
(For example, Укрепление [ukreplenie] (Fortress) is rendered as 
Tкрепление, and ТК лазер [TK lazer] (UV laser) is rendered as 
УК лазер. (Something even more strange is that in the title, the TK 
laser is called КВ [KV] laser, according to the description, presumably from 
коротковолновый [korotkovolnoviy] (shortwave). What TK means, 
however, I have no idea. Might be because I'm not a native speaker.)

(Side note: I am willing to translate the button graphics and others to 
Spanish, as I've done with Russian. There are bound to be some errors, but I 
hopefully did learn enough Spanish to create something not half bad, and I can 
also cross-check the words online.)
