Thanks. I found the issue: when loading a save, you got a HyperDrive 1 because
it was level 0 and the loading didn't properly restore the player's
tech-availability. In the campaign, the script makes sure if you don't have
hyperdrive researched, the traders go at half speed until you do. The good
thing is that since you have HyperDrive 1 available, you can manufacture 1-2
and equip your ship before the mission to gain full speed. So if you have save
before it, go produce some hyperdrives.
