App UI should refresh when web app causes state changes. #69

The Mac app UI should update itself whenever the web UI updates.

To reproduce:
Open a layout, and start the web interface.
Run a train.
Mark the train as complete from the web interface.

Check the Mac - it's still in the overview tab.

Competing a train causes the overview page to reload.

Fixed in r673.
