SwitchList doesn't remember window sizes between runs. #73

Open switchlist, and resize the window so it's large.
Now, save the file.  Quit SwitchList and reopen - the window goes back to the 
default size.

In theory, the window sizes are stored in preferences; figure out why they're 
not being restored.
