e Texteditor (http://e-texteditor.com/), a Windows clone of Textmate with
support for Textmate Bundles, supports Zen as well. You might want to add
it to the Project Homepage.

Looks like E-texteditor requires additional setup (cygwin, Python) in order to 
work, isn't it? I need to write 
detailed documentation about it.

Yes, but it'll do it automatically for you if you say "I want bundles" on 
install.
Granted, I have no idea why exactly it needs cygwin and if Zen Coding needs 
it... :-)

All you need to do is extract the zip to 
C:/Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/e/Bundles
and you're ready to go (I recommend 7-Zip, all other programs were complainig 
about
illegal characters in the filenames).

Guys, the bundles work fine if use it separated, but if I try to merge the 
bundles, 
dont work, I press 'Ctrl+E' but nothings happen.

Somebody can test ?

Same problem here. None of the commands work with either tab trigger or 
keybiding.
I'm using Window 7.

e2 now fully supports Zen and it comes bundled with the editor. I think this 
defect can be closed now.

It was never a defect. It was to notify you that e supports ZenCoding but isn't 
mentioned on the homepage.
