Translation support #8

I have added the base structure for being able to translate Fenrir's messages and started to translate strings in src/fenrir/commands/commands (didn't finished yet). Also I have put a little script in tools/generate_translations.sh for generating the translation template (fenrir.pot in this example, generated in tools too). Finally, I have started to translate the application in Spanish and created the locale folder with the translation.
