Does having beatmapping make the game more satisfying to player?
Yes! It makes the game more interesting. As I was playing, I found myself doing some sort of bobblehead movement while listening to the music. It also reminded me of the theme song in “Stranger Things”.
Does missing a block give you stress?
Yes! I was mad at myself for missing one because I knew I could have caught it if that makes sense.
How do the controls for moving left to right feel? Is it too fast?
Honestly, it’s perfect. It’s very smooth and is the right speed compared to the rest of the game.
What else would you like to see in the game? Colors changing, more songs, etc.
Maybe have a different color cubes that should be avoided just to challenge the player. Right now the game is fairly easy and simple and there’s no way of losing. You can definitely add more songs and the player can choose the song he or she wants to play along with maybe different aesthetics to choose from? Kind of like mario kart, players can choose the location.
How do you see the player being able to loose in this game?
Funny you ask that because I previously mentioned adding a losing consequence (I did not read this question a head of time).
