implement "continue game" feature #3

When the local game is exited using the top-left button, the game state is lost.

The game state should be saved, and a "continue game" button should be added to the local game menu.

It must be possible to continue a game that has been left, even if multiplayer games have been played since.

Will be implemented together with #4, which will introduce a match selection screen.
