scipy not installing through addon prefference #39

in grease pencil when i drew multiple lines and went to edit mode to and open niji pen tool to join those closely drew lines to make one single line with the help of nijigpen's single line tool , it shows to install scipy in preferences, but when i go to edit -preferece-addon- nijigpen and press install on scipy it fails every time.

Hi. It would be helpful if you can provide more details about the failure:

What happened after pressing the install button? Did Blender get stuck or show any error messages?
Do you encounter the same error when installing other packages, such as PyClipper?
