Send to twitter doesn't works now if text is more longer than 140 characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a text more longer than 140 characters
2. Send to twitter 

What is the expected output? 
It updates the twitter timeline

What do you see instead?
Nothing, no error no update

What version of the product are you using? 
v1.8.2

On what operating system?
Firefox 3.5.3 under Ubuntu Linux 9.04 32 bits

No the project is not abandoned. Don't worry! We 'll your issue and get back. 
It is
probably some change in twitter API. Posting more than 140 chars should update 
just
the first 140 of them

We are still working on it, although it's more in bursts than a constant amount 
of
work each day or week. I've just uploaded a nightly build of the current code 
base to
wet your appetite, which sports notifications from your Facebook news feed and
support for the latest Firefox beta. As for this particular issue, we'll cook 
up a
fix Real Soon Now (TM).
