Firestatus bar is truncated in unmaximized windows #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Firestatus bar on an unmaximized window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Status message field should resize itself to have all firestatus' bar elements 
visible (mainly the "Send" button). Instead of this, the bar is truncated. (see 
attached screenshot)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firestatus 1.10 on Firefox 9.0.1, Debian GNU/Linux (Wheezy).

Please provide any additional information below.
Or, at least, the "Send" button could be moved right next to the status text 
field, or padding between elements could be decreased.
