What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Firestatus
2. Restart Firefox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing was suppose to happen, yet I go this error
"Error: The "manage_notifications" permission is required in order to query the
user's notifications."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 11.0
FireStatus 1.14
Windows 7

So I managed to figure out that facebook is causing this error, and I think
it's because when connecting with facebook, firestatus didn't ask permission
for notification.
Please fix this, or am I doing something wrong?

This issue is partially fixed.
By that I mean if I updated firestatus, the issue is still there.
To fix that, one has to remove firestatus from their application, and
reauthorise firestatus.

Instead on update firestatus should prompt to update permissions.

Yes, you are right. I forgot to mention that. However, I think that you don't
have to remove firestatus from your Facebook apps. Just remove the Facebook
auth token from Firefox password manager and firestatus will re-authenticate.
