Crashes on Roku #416

When I open PhotoView and click on Google Photos Albums, the letter B (my first initial) displays, with Google Photos Library written beneath it and <> written below that. When I click on the B, the app crashes and takes me back to the list of channels on my Roku. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply! It is still happening. Please see attached video to illustrate what I am experiencing. Am I doing something wrong perhaps? I have no clue unless there is some setting in my Google photos app that is blocking PhotoView from accessing the photos? Any help you could provide would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
