Only 1 photo appears #454

When the screen saver comes on 1 photo appears then it goes to black. I've tried reinstalling, checked for updates etc. No luck so far.

Anyone who can help? We have a sharp roku TV where the photoview doesn't work but on the roku device connected to a regular tv it works.
