AU make a partial update to package weasel: weasel.nuspec to latest 0.15.0.0, chocolateyinstall.ps1keep old version 0.14.3 https://github.com/chtof/chocolatey-packages/commit/0902be25185ef7a43e07e63ef5e5f8af61b6a100

I notice you had fix the update.ps1; however, as weasel.nuspec is already latest version, AU is not trigged, choco keep weasel old version 0.14.3 https://github.com/chtof/chocolatey-packages/commit/19898e50abf4a84818345e26f27a68176b692b77
