Update engine #51

This PR updates the SteelSeries Engine (non-GG) to 3.22.2.

I have corrected the automated update script and version 11 is available. It seems there is a hop in versionning from version 3.x to version 11.x and now version 12.x Tell me if I can close this case.

The latest version hop is for the GG variation of SteelSeries Game Engine. This PR was simply to keep the SteelSeries barebones engine up to date. (More information)

E: Upon review, I will close out this PR so the latest version of SteelSeries can be updated in Chocolatey.
