May not work yet, not sure as the most recent build is a stable build and not a dev one, so I'll draft this PR until then. It seems to choco pack, cup, and cinst from source fine.
I am not entirely familiar with choco and ps1 syntax, so there are possibly mistakes in there.

I tried to convert https://github.com/jack1142/choco-auto/blob/main/automatic/sublimetext4/update.ps1 for use with Merge.
