UG difficult to navigate since there are no links to link back to table of contents #1

As the title suggest.

Within the whole "features" section, there is no link back to table of contents. The user will have to scroll through the entire document, and there is no link to bring them back to table of contents for easy navigation

No hyperlinks to the TOC in the features which makes the UG quite troublesome to navigate :(

We agree that this could be a future enhancement. However, it is not related to features delivered in v1.4 and is of lower priority than the work already done in v1.4.
