Unable to view ALL tasks once you use the viewt command #13

Open chuababyy opened 1 year ago

chuababyy commented 1 year ago

In the UG, it states that you can use the viewt command to view the tasks allocated to that specified member, but there is no where that states how you can change the view back, to view ALL tasks.

The user is currently not able to change view back once they use the viewt command.

(Marking it as feature flaw as there is no mention of the feature to bring you back to view all tasks)

Team's Response

The tester has misunderstood the purpose of the task list. We have specified clearly in the UG that the task list is only for viewing a specified member's task, hence it is not meant to be a complete view of ALL tasks from ALL members.

Reason for disagreement: I do think this is a feature flaw, because as a CCA leader, I may want to see all the tasks which my members are currently engaged in, so that I can have an overview of what tasks the CCA is engaged in.

If there is no such feature, it means for me to see everything the CCA is engaged in, I have to click through each member one by one, so that I can see what task that member has, and possibly have to collate another list somewhere else so that I can have a quick overview of all the tasks, which would be extremely troublesome for any CCA leader.
