Because the folder is placed inside the same folder as the jar file, it is not difficult to find the folder for normal person. Noting that our target user is hackathon organisers, who should be expert to managing tech, He or she can easily find the folder. It might be unnecessary to provide screenshots of every possible OS's file system. Also important information such as folder name and file name is highlighted in blue inside UG based on your screenshot. It is very unlikely that user may miss those information.

Reason for disagreement: Although there is merit to this. There is always the chance that the person using this application is unaware of how this function works. Adding images would clearly make using this command more intuitive.
On the other hand, a close reading of this command does in fact allow the user to navigate to the right folder with effort. So I think this issue should be downgraded to "VeryLow".
It is not visually intuitive how to navigate to where the csv file is. Careful reading is required which the user may miss.
