Clear and Exit Feature Categorised Under Events Features #24

This may confuse the user thinking that these features only work for the events portion of the app.

In the UserGuide it is stated when and where these features will work so I don't think there is any ambiguity in this case. It is clearly stated that exit cannot be used in event window and the clear can be used in both the main and event window

Reason for disagreement: These commands have been situated in a way where the user implicitly assumes they are in only for the events window.

A quick glance over the commands for each window without reading the user guide in detail, which is very plausible, would give them the impression that these commands are exclusive to the events window.

These commands should either be in the main window section as well or in the utility commands section. Perhaps they should even be in a new "General" category.

## :question: Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** Upon viewing this issue more closely, I believe that this issue is at the very least a "Low" issue, as there is a impact on the user that is beyond just cosmetic and creates potential misunderstanding for the user. Although it is not the most pertinent issue in this application, it is clear that the from a design perspective, the placement of the "clear" and "exit" commands are problematic.
