Annotations desappear switching from two-page to single-page #362

1. Open Adaptive UI interface, flash version
2. Use Draw tool
3. Switch to two-page
4. Switch to single-page

Annotations disapper. They reappear when you switch to two-page again. 

This is possibly linked to issue335 which has actually not been fixed yet. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.1.0_c_Annotations_1.0.40_Customizable_UI-rc2
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 24

This still persists (see the video in previous comment) in new pre-release:
FlexPaper_2.1.1-rc3_c_Annotations_1.0.42-rc2_Customizable_UI

We finally found this issue. Fixed in our dev branch and will be released by 
the end of this week. Contact us if you want a prerelease
