Pre-Check and send error report for TAS #118

Description

  1. Requests from dev team which wish us send error report when job is failed.

Features

  1. We catch commit checkout error at early stage, which is quite common error when PR is rebased, the old commit is not traced.
  2. We catch target and baseline job status, and summary it.
