Display thread/process/host/port information at top of diagram

The current diagram needs to show the process/host that hosted each vertical 
trace of events. The colors help to distinguish these, but there needs to be 
text at the top, as well.

One idea is to make this text clickable so that the corresponding events could 
be shown/hidden (per Issue 309).

I like the distinctive nodes at the top to represent host/process identifiers. 
But, they shouldn't be circles. This choice of shape will become especially 
confusing after Issue 308 (representing sequences of local events into larger 
circles) is resolved.
