updated translations, fix #32 #34

@martinbra Vary well done! Please don't lose your script, it can be useful in future, when we will need new translations

Thanks, but I piped your curl to a tex file and did most of the job by hand (yeah, not optimal). Some languages weren't complete, so i had to fill the gaps.

Maybe next time I will write a script and commit it together.

I think such script in its generalized form could be interesting and useful for automatic localization of programs. I will developed it as part of the wttr.in localization project.
