Berlin Rainfall/Temperature Timeline wrong #889

The timeline for rainfall and temperature is displayed incorrect for Berlin. Looks like it is shifted by 12 hours. (Maybe am/pm problem?)

For today I found, that the temp-pattern also is wrong. And shows the temperature curve of Sunday as being it on monday. (At least temp and rain align corretly, it looks. But the wrong date is not helpful.)

Not sure if this is only wrong for berlin or is a more general problem in all timelines around the time between two days. But because of these things I'm using wttr since onths only occasionally.

Looks, like wttr is more annoying than helpful to me, and the web-based stuff I don't like is more reliable. So I go with the web-stuff. Would be good to have a reliable weather toolon thecommand line, but I guess it's not more than a wish. :-(
