When using the command line compiler to build a web based flex project that 
links to the 
as3corelib swc, it errors with; 

libs/as3corelib.swc(com/adobe/air/logging/FileTarget)

Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: File.

If i add the airglobal.swc file to the libraries list the error goes away, but 
then the final build is not 
compatible for running via the web.

Please provide separate distribution for Flex and AIR.
