It looks like the content-type has changed for releases since 8-24. This expands the filter to accept "binary/octet-stream" and uses regex to accept only the tarballs.

Hey @sodaplayer, sorry for the delay. I'm going to take a look at this over the next few days and if I don't have any feedback, I'll get it merged.
