Re-evaluate FontAwesome instead of SF Symbols #6

FontAwesome5 doesn't integrate nicely with Xamarin Forms, but there may be other options, such as using its typeface directly.

If we use SF Symbols, we need macOS 11, which may be fine.

Nah. In the long run, SF Symbols is the right approach here.
