Better Wi-Fi detection #7

ANU currently thinks Wi-Fi adapters (mine, anyway) are Ethernet. This is fixed upstream in .NET 6, so we presumably get it for free once we move to MAUI.

There are so many other issues with the Mono/.NET implementation that this may not be worth revisiting regardless.
