Add Hackxor application #37

Albino created a training app / game called Hackxor that should be easy to 
incorporate into the VM (he even made a script to automate the process).  For 
more information, see:

Found some issues with getting this to work correctly how the author described. 
 Emailed them to get their input.

Chuck added virtual hosts for this app to Apache and added entries to the 
/etc/hosts file.  Still needs actual application files installed to 
/owaspbwa/owaspbwa-svn/var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/hackxor.

Added all the files, mysql database entries, but didn't make any of the 8080 
changes or redirects or anything.  Consider this the 'start'

added the DB files all with the change to port 80.

In 0.94a3, files and database have been set up, but application is not working. 
 When I attempt to login to wraithmail or cloaknet, I get an error message 
about an "Invalid Token".

Fixed issue by changing tomcat server.xml file per Albino's suggestion.  Should 
be working properly in 0.94rc1.
