Look into WebGoat build and deployment #41

I vaguely remember that the way that WebGoat is built and deployed on the VM is 
a bit ugly. That should be reviewed and cleaned up.

Changed in master VM for 1.0 release.  Also added script for rebuilding and 
redeploying WebGoat.
