Can't Start Apache #44

.93 is now broken by the changes .94 introduces.

Yes, I expected this.  There will be limits on how much can be updated from 
SVN.  If we wanted to get fancy, we could add some ability to script stuff as 
part of the owaspbwa-svn-update.sh process, but I really don't want to try to 
keep track of everything that has changed.
