Hey,
in IE11, when you try to save the (delta) changes after user input, you will get a script exception "SCRIPT87: Invalid argument.".
This happens also in the demo example: https://chuckh.github.io/polymer-quill/components/polymer-quill/demo/
Just change the content of the first polymer-quill element.

I also tried this with the latest stable Polymer version (1.9.2), and the issue still exists.
