Changed gems and nuget steps to look for README.markdown in the correct location #7

Changed ${dirs.current}README.markdown to ${dirs.current}${path.separator}README.markdown in gemsPrepare.step and nugetPrepare.step

Current build looks for e.g. C:\uppercutREADME.markdown rather than C:\uppercut\README.markdown
