Annoying advice in WPMU #70

Hello,

When you enable the plugin "for the network" in a WP Mu installation, maybe you don't want to use the plugin on certain sites.

Then, the follwing advice: "WP FB OGP is almost ready. You must enter your Facebook User ID or App ID for it to work" always appear and you can't disable it.

The proposal is to put a "x" button on advice's right corner to disable it (like other plugins do).
