repo with only one .yaml file fails

Update: see https://github.com/rusefi/test-1-2/commits/master - looks like adding second empty.yaml is the way around the problem

I believe that https://github.com/rusefi/adapters/blob/master/.github/workflows/gen-pinouts.yaml and https://github.com/rusefi/hellen-112-17/blob/main/.github/workflows/gen-pinouts.yaml are exactly the same

https://github.com/rusefi/adapters/tree/master/connectors and https://github.com/rusefi/hellen-112-17/tree/main/connectors look pretty silimar

workflow is happy at https://github.com/rusefi/adapters/ and WARNING: No connectors found at https://github.com/rusefi/hellen-112-17
