As far as I can tell, this would happen if you had an invalid token that is not
exactly 64-bytes long.

Improvement in r402: PushedNotification.toString will now check if the token is
valid before using it in the toString. If it is not valid, toString will
include an INVALID_TOKEN[...] indication.
