Update to CRAN comment, clean documents #79

update in response to CRAN comments, including wrapping 'AmeriFlux' in DESCRIPTION. Add \Value for amf_plot_datayear & amf_plot_datasummary. Unwrap examples for a few functions that don't interface with API (use inst\extdata). Also, clean all documentation for consistency.
