Dark Frame: -Detector image acquired without radiating X-rays. -The offset that the detector basically has. -Removes dark images from images acquired by radiating X-rays.
S-Panel (0.5sec standard):
Semi-Auto Trigger dark: Average 100 ~ 300 LSB Manual Trigger dark: Average 2000 ~ 3000 LSB
V-Panel (0.5sec standard)
Auto Trigger dark: Average 800 ~ 1000 LSB Manual Trigger dark: Average 2000 ~ 3000 LSB
R-Panel has an average of 2000~4000 LSB for both Auto and Manual Trigger dark.
I-Panel averages 1000~3000 LSB for both Auto and Manual Trigger dark
The figure below is a dark frame with temperature CAL and as the temperature increases, the LSB also increases. This is why CAL should be performed after sufficient aging of the detector to obtain a good image in the field.
What is the average LsB value in the Dark frames?
