Attempting to open PDF through Firefox fails to function correctly #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bind the PDF application to Mozilla Firefox in Chummer Options
2. Bind a PDF to a book
3. Test open PDF file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to open it to page 5 or an equivalent page.
Instead, it opens to the first page, and a second tab opens to 
"http://www.page=7.com/" (I have a page offset of 2)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
32.0.3, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
A similar error occurs with Nitro Reader - but instead, it attempts to make new 
PDF files.
