Improved Ability (skill) does not affect Exotic Weapons #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take an exotic weapon proficiency (e.g. Fork)
2. Take adept power Improved Ability in Exotic Weapon
3. Improve the rating

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The dice remains the same as if no adept power were used

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
