Improved Physical Attribute costs double when > max attribute #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set your body to maximum for your race. I did troll 10/10
2. Add improved physical attribute (bod)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cost to be 1 PP. Instead the PP cost is doubled at a value of 2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.0.5.124, Windows 7
